Refund policy

At Lunex Mart, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

To help us verify claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers are required to record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel.

The video should:

- Start before the parcel is opened.
- Clearly show the shipping label and sealed packaging.
- Continue without any cuts until all contents are fully visible.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted if an unboxing video is not provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through one of the following methods:

- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

Exchanges

We will replace a product free of charge if:

- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process will apply after delivery.
